Petronas Formula One Grand Prix

Built with luxury and exhilaration in mind, The Sepang International Circuit has been given the rare honor of incorporating the F1 logo in its name. The circuit boasts 15 turns and 8 straights, allowing speeds of up to 190 miles/hour. There are a few parts of the track that are very wide, which allows thrilling overtaking. The best part of this track is its ability to be split, allowing two races to run concurrently. Extreme tropical conditions promise compelling challenges that entertain up to 130,000 spectators at a time.

Mount Kinabalu International Climbathon

Racers compete for first place in the 7-series Skyrunning World Championship circuit, which is also known as "World's Toughest Mountain Race." Mountain runners sprint through 68,897 feet of rocky terrain up steep steps and paths to the summit of Mount Kinabalu—13,435 feet high—and back to the Kinabalu Park headquarters to complete the race. While the average person takes two days, the herculean contestants can reach the finishing line in approximately two and a half hours. Bystanders can join in the excitement and participate in a multitude of events.
